About our home

This is a newly-built (Jan 2006) comfortable 3 bed house in a quiet estate in the town of Templemore, co. Tipperary, where the Irish police academy is located. There is a beautiful town park about 10 minutes walk from our house. (www.templemore.ie)

I am a teacher of French and German in the police college and will be travelling with my 10 year old daughter. Both my daughter and I are respectful of my own and others property.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Templemore is located in the centre of Ireland and is therefore an ideal base from which visit many of Ireland's attractions. It is only 2 hours from Dublin, Cork and Galway and only 1 hour from Kilkenny and Limerick. It is within easy driving distance of the Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle, Swiss Cottage, Kilkenny Castle, Clonmacnoise, Roscrea Castle and Birr Demense.
