About our home
Our home is a superbly positioned 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the picturesque seaside town of Tramore. Recently renovated it offers kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs provides a generous single room and double room (twin beds) with an ensuite.
The relaxing outdoor area avails of sunshine from early morning. The sitting rooms and all bedrooms offer views of the sea and sand dunes.
The house is located 300 metres from a spectacular blue flag beach that stretches 5km in length and caters for various water sports i.e. swimming, surfing, canoeing, kayaking etc. There are 3 surf schools all located within 300 metres of the house.
Tramore is situated on the scenic South East Coast of Ireland. It is located 8km’s from Waterford, a medieval heritage city and home of the world renowned Waterford Crystal. There is a direct bus service from Tramore to Waterford City, Dublin City and Dublin Airport.
Other activities available in Tramore include golf, horse racing, tennis and guided walk tours. The famous Japanese Gardens are only 1km away, while the famous Mount Cosgreve gardens, offering guided tours of their 4 acre walled gardens are located 8km’s from Tramore. Close to the gardens is access to Ireland’s longest cycling and walking trail - The Greenway. This scenic walk offers fabulous views of the Irish coastline and are extremely popular with walkers and cyclists.
