About our home

Our house is in Tramore (county Waterford), a seaside town in the South East of Ireland. Tramore is famously known for the 5km beach and sand dunes.
Waterford city is 15 minutes drive away.
The house is on the cliff and has magnificent sea views from the open plan living area and also from the master ensuite bedroom.
It has a large bright kitchen/living room with big windows, it has a second seating room with tv; three bedooms that can accomodate two poeple in each bedrooms in three double beds.
Also we have the main bathroom with shower and bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilets.
We have a big front garden and medium back garden. By next summer we wll have the garden done beautifuly.

More about us

Liam is Irish and works as a manager for the Health services. Emilie is French, living in Ireland the last 8 years, she is teaching French to children in local primary schools.
We have two children, Isabel is 8 years old and Killian is 3 years old.
We love to discover new countries and travel with the children.
We exchanged our last home twice with French families and everything went so well we would love to do it again with our new home.
Liam est Irlandais, il est directeur d'un centre médical. Quand à moi (Emilie), je suis Française et je vis en Irlande depuis 8 ans. J'enseigne le Français dans des écoles primaires aux alentours.
Nous avons deux enfants, Isabel à 8 ans et Killian à 3 ans.
Nous adorons voyager et découvrir de nouveaux endroit avec nos enfants.
Nous avons échanger notre maison précédente avec deux familles Française, une à Carcassonne et une dans l'Aveyron. Ces expériences se sont très bien dérouler c'est pour cela que nous souhaitons continuer à échanger notre maison.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is in a rural area, just outside Tramore town.
The area is ideal if you like to walk and also discover the irish landscape.
Down the road, 5 minutes you will find "the cove" a beautiful place on the cliff. See pictures attached.
Our Neighbors both sides are very friendly and will be happy to help you with any enquiry.
