About our home
Our home was only recently built in 2011. It has a modern kitchen, sun area, large garden, TV room, and everything you’d expect from a modern home. We live in the heart of Ireland just outside Tullamore which is the main town in our area. We live only 1 hour from Dublin and Galway by car and we are ideally located if you want to visit more of Ireland. We live in a quiet neighbourhood only 2 miles from Tullamore where you have numerous restaurants, bars and other attractions. If you are interested in golfing you are looking at the right place. We live less than 1 mile from Esker Hills gold club which is one of Ireland's finest golf courses, designed by Christy O' Connor Jnr. and home to European Tour professional Shane Lowry. We also live within 10 miles of 4 other golf courses.

We're married since 2005 with 2 children, Aaron 5 and Katie 3
Ray works for local government as an IT Manager and Fiona works as a primary school teacher.
We both love to travel and have visited numerous places throughout the world.

If you are looking for a quirky café for a nice espresso and bun with the family or somewhere for a nice glass of vino with your partner..then you’ll have a few option in Tullamore as it has 5 nice cafés to choose from.
Over the last decade lots of retail outlets have popped up throughout the county and we have lots now in our area to choose from. You won't be disappointed.
Bit of culture
Tullamore Dew is a blended Irish whiskey and it was first distilled in 1829 in the town of Tullamore. Kilbeggan distillery is also only 7 Miles from Tullamore. The heritage centre in both is definitely worth a visit..If you are interested in Irish sports O’Connor Park in Tullamore hosts both hurling and Gaelic football games in the sports ground each weekend for most of the year. If you are into horse racing the Kilbeggan races are run each month through the summer.
Walks in the park
Walking is truly the best way to fully absorb the beauty of the county. Offaly welcomes all visitors to the enormous tracts of wilderness, expanses of bogland, esker hills, mountains and deep wooded valleys. A network of quiet country roads and lanes will take you into the heart of Offaly where you are offered some of Ireland's most beautiful and extraordinary landscapes. Situated in Offaly the picturesque Slieve Bloom Mountains allow visitors to experience to explore the largest continuous area of upland blanket bog and forestry in Ireland. Mountain streams and waterfalls run into deep wooded valleys and friendly villages nestle at the foothills. Trees, shrubs, heather, bog mosses, bog cotton and other vegetation as well as wild forest animals and insects surround the mountains and offer a great experience to the leisurely stroller or energetic hiker. Choose from the variety of walks; eco trails, short and long loops, forest paths and the Slieve Bloom Way.

If you are into walking, running, cycling, football, rugby, gaelic sports etc….then you have various places in Tullamore to choose from. The Tullamore Harriers has all the facilities you’ll need if you just want to keep active in one location.
