About our home

Located in the ‘Garden of Ireland’, Solhaven is a stunning, bright, architect designed 4 double bed-roomed house nestling beneath the Little Sugarloaf mountain. With mature gardens of 2.5 acres equipped with two streams and its own miniature woodlands, it is the perfect base to explore Co Wicklow and its neighbouring County Dublin. There is an enclosed area of the garden that includes a children's outdoor activity centre and enclosed 13 foot wide trampoline, complete with a range of outdoor toys. It is situated in the middle of a triangle between Delgany, Greystones and Bray. The sea and the mountains are on our doorstep and Dublin city is a mere 30 minutes drive away.

The house itself is bright, airy and spacious with geothermal underfloor heating and lots of glazing to the south which results in a bright house even on a grey day. The open plan living area includes a glossy kitchen and dining area, a sittingroom with log fire and a children’s playroom. There are plenty of indoor toys and outdoor toys, including scooters and bicycles, ride on tractor, go kart. The Bedrooms are all large and spacious, some with own private balcony’s for exra relaxation & comfort.
The choice of outdoor pursuits are endless. There are activities of all sorts for adults and children ranging from tennis in the local Greystones Lawn Tennis Club, to scuba diving in Glendalough! We have world class golf courses on our doorstep from the Glen The Downs Golf Club, which is 4 minutes walk to the world class 5* Druid's Glen Golf Course is 10 minutes drive away
