About our home

The apartment is light and airy, with large windows across the front, and a terrace, all facing the sea, and the sunset.
It is unique in that there is no street to cross to get to the beach.
The apartment is on a high floor of a new building, with a 24-hour doorman.
There is underground parking, but it is also easy to get around with public transportation.
Although we are only 2 people, the apartment can accommodate 4, comfortably.
There are 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, located at opposite ends of the apartment, one bath is en suite.
There is also a small room that has a closet with a couch.
The brand new kitchen, in clean lines and white, is fully equipped.
Wi-Fi, HD cable TV in the living room and one in each bedroom.

More about us

We are looking for a simultaneous exchange. We are looking for a place in the San Francisco area from approximately mid-July to mid-August 2018.
We are a couple, in our 50s and 60s, quiet and conscientious.
We have both traveled for work and now travel for pleasure, either visit discovering new places or visiting family, who are scattered.
We now like to take our time and are looking only for exchanges for several weeks.
We have done many exchanges, the most recent has been with the same partners, 5 years running.
We are true believers in the reciprocal benefits home exchanges offer.
We will treat your home with the respect with which we treat our own.
Right now, we are looking for a place, even if it is small, for next summer in Marin County or environs!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The major asset is the beachfront location, with its stunning views of the coastline from Jaffa to the south. Just a few minutes out the door to great swimming, surfing, wind-surfaing and para-sailing.

We are located immediately south of Jaffa.

It is a short drive to find Tel Aviv's vibrant lifestyle, with all its fine restaurants, nightlife and activities.
The trendy new shops and restaurants around Jaffa's old flea market is just minutes away.
Jerusalem is within an hour's drive.
