About our home

Our home is very special to us. The house itself has three levels of which we would offer two to our guests. There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a secure room on the kitchen + living room area, where there is a separate WC. There is a comfortable porch off the living room and another large one on the top floor.
Our home is Kosher so we would want guests who are either Kosher or vegetarian.

More about us

A few words about myself, although I do not live in the apartment - I am 60 years young. I teach English privately - mainly to children. One of my sons lives in the NY area with his wife and three children. The idea is that by exchanging apartments, I get to spend more time in NY (during the school vacation) and have my "own" place to which I can return. This way, I enjoy Manhattan and its many attractions and also see the grandchildren when it suits them and myself! I would be happy to arrange an exchange period from minimum 2 weeks during the summer months of July + August.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

It is in a beautiful little area, just off the highway linking Tel Aviv and Haifa. In fact, it is located exactly on the half-way mark. Transport to both cities is pretty good but one needs a car to be able to live comfortably in our area, Ein Hayam. We are a few kilometres from Ceasaria with it's glorious Roman ruins and fascinating ancient cobblestone village. The city of Hadera is about 5 km from our home.
