3 room apartment on President Street in Jerusalem, directly across from the official mansion of the President of Israel, Moshe Katzav. This lovely first floor walkup has a balcony facing the street, a Master bedroom with bath, Living room and second bedroom with bathroom/shower. Fully renovated 3 years ago. Kosher kitchen, family must keep Kosher. Beautifully decorated with Persian carpets, richly upholstered couches, dining room table. Two TV sets with cable (50 channels including CNN, ESPN). Directly across from the official mansion of the President of Israel, Moshe Katzav. 5 minute walk from the Inbal Hotel, 7 minutes from King David Hotel, 30 minute walk from Old City. This neighborhood enjoys maximum security, provided by the President's security detail which is on constant patrol right across the street. Located in Rehavia, Jerusalem's most exclusive neighborhood and home to Nathan Sharansky, PM Ehud Olmert, Benjamin Netanyahu and others. Close proximity to many shuls and restaurants.

Apartment is a holiday getaway owned by a Jewish Orthodox couple who own other homes in Israel (Ramat Gan) and the US (Miami Beach). Husband in a PhD Chemist who speaks 7 languages; wife was a career homemaker with BA in English Lit. Hungarian origins.
