About our home

Two flour apartment at a third floor building, 4 bed rooms, 2 living rooms bathroom and a shower room newly renovated and fully equipped (TV, computer + internet, AC). Suitable for families with children. We have a nice size 3 children's bedroom. The master bedroom has its own restroom and shower, computer and TV. The kitchen is fully equipment; we have a large bathroom with a cute bathtub, and a nice balcony for relaxing in the afternoon.

More about us

  1. We Dana (43) and Yossi(46) are married for 17 years now, and have three lovely 2 boys 15 and 11 years a 7 year girl. Yossi has a hydrotherapy swimming- pool and Dana works as a self employee in real estate . Both of us have family abroad (USA and Germany) and would like to spend some of our coming family vacations with our family abroad - but also interested in other locations. In terms of your stay in Jerusalem: Dana's parents live close by, and they would be happy to assist if needed, and we would love to help with some ideas for your vacation - if you need them. We are second time house swapers and really looking forward to it.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are located in Northern Talpiyot nice quiet neighborhood, twenty minutes walk from the old city and city center, close to the famous German colony, Bakaa, Talpiyot, and Yamin Moshe neighborhoods, and the has boardwalk overlooking the old city. A supermarket is located 5 minutes walk, a few playgrounds in walking distance and we there is good public transportation close by.
