About our home

We are living in kibbutz Shefayim which is 20 km north from Tel-Aviv on the highway to Haifa (road no. 2). The kibbutz is one of the ten's biggest kibbutzim in Israel. Our house is 150 sqm with 2 floors. The ground floor has kitchen, grate dining table (for 12 people), living room, toilet, sleep room with privet toilet (shower) utility room. The 1 floor has sleep room with toilet (shower), my working room (with p.c., scanner, telefax), and great veranda. The same building with us has another apartment of 42 sqm witch is belong to our neighbor (sea on some more details). Although we are living with many buildings around us, we have filling of large open and natural space around us. Help this filling a little garden around the house and great grass in front of our house. There is a little parking aria close to our home but we prefer to park out side of the living aria of the kibbutz which is still close enough (100 m) to our home. Our house is on the eastern side of the kibbutz so we are very close to public bus station which has buses stop every 20 minute. Other public transportation is taxis service every few minute (the same price as the bus price – 10 NIS to Tel Aviv). You can go to Tel Aviv central bus station 30 minute) and take a bus or train to Jerusalem or to Haifa or other interest places in our exiting country. You can also go to the biggest water park in Israel: Shefayim water park, you can get free entrance (depends if there is not close day). We have no any kind of pets (it enough for us the pets that our children and grand children has…….).

As it is written before, we are living in a kibbutz which is very close to almost everything in Israel. Although it is very close to everywhere it is very silent atmosphere around us. We have very silent neighbors around us, parts of them are older than us but most of them are younger than ours 60's years. Most of them have young children's and that's including our grand children that live very close to us (with their parents of course…). Kibbutz Shefayim is 500 m from the Mediterranean Sea with one of the most exiting sand cliff in Israel. You can make very nice morning (or afternoon) wake along the sea shore or on the cliff in a national park – Hof Hasharon National Park. (Israel is hot country that way we prefer to walk at the beginning or at the end of the day). Close to us there are commercial center of kibbutz Shefayim and Kibbutz Gaash where you can find almost every thing you need include food store, Home center, electric shop, and also some restaurants.

Me and my beloved wife are 60's years old (Shoshic is 59). We are members of the kibbutz almost 40 years. I born in Shefayim and Shoshic born in another kibbutz in Beit Shaan valley: Nir David. We met at the army service. We have 1 daughter Ravit 34 years old, a son 32 years old and one more daughter 25 years old. They all live in Shefayim. Ravit is working in the hotel of Shefayim and her husband – Motti managing one of El Al service department. Shoshic mane job is selling. She manages the hotel gifts shop. I am economics and tourism consulter. I was involved with the enterprising of many rural tourism activities in the north of Israel. Me and my wife likely very much the country side so we are looking after exchanging home in country side.
