About our home

The apartment in Netanya, Israel, is a holiday apartment in a hotel directly overlooking the glorious Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is on the fifth floor. Netanya is a bustling seaside city, about 25 km from Tel Aviv. The beaches are superb as is the promenade. There are great restaurants, and shopping and sport facilities in the area. Netanya is quite near the golf courses in Ga'ash and Casearia.
The apartment can adequately accommodate a couple and two children. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the hotel for public use. Sufficient crockery, cutlery and bedding are provided.

More about us

  1. A few words about myself, although I do not live in the apartment - I am 60 years young. I teach English privately - mainly to children. One of my sons lives in the NY area with his wife and three children. The idea is that by exchanging apartments, I get to spend more time in NY (during the school vacation) and have my "own" place to which I can return. This way, I enjoy Manhattan and its many attractions and also see the grandchildren when it suits them and myself! I would be happy to arrange an exchange period from minimum 2 weeks during the summer months of July + August.

Neighbourhood

The beaches are most inviting! Netanya is a culturally mixed city providing an interesting blend of the Middle East and Europe. This mix extends to cuisine, shopping and the general atmosphere. A new mall has just opened in the vicinity of the apartment which is supposedly the largest in the Middle East.
