Our home was built five years ago in Tel Aviv's most mediterranean and beautiful street. A duplex with a very large sitting room, dining room and kitchen adjoining the patio. You have to lean off the balcony for a sea view but once you step outside the mediterranean spreads in front of you at once.
We have three bedrooms, one used as an office but easy to put a bed there. The master bedroom has en suite with a shower and there is a another separate bathroom with a bath. We also have underground parking and you will have the use of our renault Megane classic.
You can walk down the hill to either Jaffa's famous old city with its galleries, boutiques and restaurants or through the port to the beaches of Tel Aviv. It's a ten minute drive to Neve Sedeq and fifteen minutes to the centre of town. It also only seven minutes to the Ayalon, Tel Aviv's orbital road, which gets you out of town for days trips that much faster and gets you in from the airport in twenty minutes at night and early morning.
We have cable TV, high speed internet and fully-equipped kitchen.
There is a gas barbeque in the patio. There is effective air-conditioning/heating throughout the house.
At the bottom of the road is a small park with swings, slides etc. ideal for small kids.
If you want to come to Tel Aviv for a holiday with your family and have a few trips out, this is a perfect location. Away from the noise and dirt of central Tel Aviv, we live in a multicultural area where Christian, Moslems and Jews live together. We would be more than happy to swap for something smaller so don't be put off by the description.
