About our home

We have a modren new house, furnished with all modern conveniences. The house has 3 floors: a basement, with kids play room, a home-office roon (Incl. a computer with Internet access and a piano) and w.c.; an entrance floor with a TV-family area (Incl. TV, DVD and WII), w.c., a living room and a modern kitchen; a second floor with 3 children bedrooms, 1 large parents room and 2 bathrooms. The entrance floor is opened to a beautiful garden with an outdoor table and chairs. Each floor has its own air-conditioning unit. The house has its own parking place. We have bicycles for both adults and children. The house is being cleaned twice a week by our cleaning person.

More about us

We are a family of 5, a couple and 3 kids (14, 11 and 8 years old). We love our house and its neighborhood and take care of it. We have a friendly female cat, that can either be taken care by you or we can ask a neighbor.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Ramar Hachyl is a North-East neighborhood of Tel Aviv. It is a quite and friendly residential area, located only 15 minutes by car from the center of Tel-Aviv. Tel-Aviv sea shore is 10 minutes away by car. A large park, an adventure amusement park and a water park are only 5 minutes drive (or 15 minutes bike) from our house. Shopping centers, movie theaters and a swimming pool are all nearby. We are located in a walking distance from one of Tel-Aviv finest restaurants area.
