A large four story house with 4 bedrooms, a large living room and family room

We have a brand-new (built in 2005) large house, furnished with all modern conveniences. The house has four stories: half basement (art studio), entrance floor (living room and kitchen), second floor (three bedrooms, bathroom and a family room) and third floor (master bedroom and bathroom). The entrance floor has a large living room with a big library facing a beautiful patio, kitchen, dining area and a restroom. The kitchen is furnished with all modern appliances, including oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, etc. The living room has a piano. The second floor has a family room, a bathroom and three bedrooms. One bedroom has a large bed (1.2m wide), and the other two has single beds. The family room has many kids' toys, TV (with cables), DVD, VCR, PlayStation-3 and a computer with high-speed internet access (there is also a wireless base station that covers the house for your lap-top). In the third floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, TV (with cables) and DVD. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a balcony. The balcony has a washer and a drier. The basement serves as an art studio. Each floor has its own air-conditioning unit. The house has its own parking place. We have two adults' bike and two children's bikes. The house is being cleaned twice a week by our cleaning woman. We have two cats which are very friendly and really loves people
