About our home

Sunny, breezy, and spacious apartment, full of vintage charm, on a surprisingly quiet street, smack in the center of town. High ceilings, original floor tiles from the 30's, two lovely balconies with the perfect balance of sun and shade, and a location you can't beat!

Walk everywhere:
5 minuets to beach, 2 minutes to Dizengoff Square.
Restaurants, bars, shopping centers and museums - all in walking distance, and public transportation is conveniently close and abundant.
And if that's not enough, it's a 2nd floor walkup :))

- Large bedroom, queen size bed (with excellent mattress) and balcony*.
- Spacious living room with TV (+ Netflix) and (another) balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen with separate dinning area.
- Generous bathroom with big tiled shower, sink and toilet.
- Small guest bathroom with toilet.
- Sonos sound system throughout.
- There's an additional bedroom with a sofa-bed, which will be off limits, unless you need it (must be requested in advance).

* You may smoke on the balconies.

Where is it?

The neighborhood is perfect (especially for tourists). It’s near the beach, between two of the main streets that cross TLV, where you’ll find many fine shops and eateries (a wide variety of street food, restaurants, cafes and bars). Cinemas, theaters and music venues are all in short walking distance. The famous Carmel market is just a mile away, and the beautiful newly renovated Dizengoff Square, is right around the corner, yet our street is unusually quiet for such a central area. Our building was built in the 1930's, in the Bauhaus style that is unique for Tel Aviv, as are many of the surrounding buildings, so you'll be able to experience the charm of this bustling city from the quaintness of our round balconies, like a true insider.
