About our home

We have a large (230sqm) and very comfortable private house surrounded by a beautiful 500sq.m garden.
The house is structured in four levels. In the entrance level there is a large living room, dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen and WC. All facing the garden.
In the lower level a TV/guest room and a guest WC+bathroom/laundry room.
In the children level there are three bedrooms and a large WC+bathroom. All children rooms have one bed plus extra folded bed (for the friends).
In the upper level, we have the parents bedroom, including an office corner and a private WC+bathroom. The parents room has two balconies, facing the mountains and sea.

More about us

We are Yoav(47)and Efrat(42) and we have three wonderful kids: Our older son Nadav is 13. Our daughter Dana is 9 and our younger son Omri is 5 years old.
Efrat is a lawyer, Teaching at the Haifa University Faculty of Law as well as working as a corporate lawyer.
I (Yoav) have Eng. and business background and I work for many years in managing medical devices start-up companies.
We travel a lot and just recently started to explore the option of house exchanging.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Zikron Yaacov is a small, nice and peaceful town located close to the shore, north to Tel-Aviv (1h) and south to Haifa (25min). it is sited on a hillside facing the Mediterranean (5min) and surrounded by mountains and forests from east and north.
It is a touristic town and its famous mainly for its vinyards, wineries, restaurants and coffee shops located in and around its nice promenade.
It is also surrounded by biking and hiking trails.
