Charming house in Zichron Yaakov

Our family home is at Zichron Yaakov, a small and tranquil town, offering breathtaking views to Israel’s Mediterranean Coast. The town is considered a tourist attraction – its quaint main shopping street is lined with cafés, which sit alongside historic buildings; the town is also famous for the Carmel Winery, one of Israel’s top vineyards.
Within 5 minutes' walk from our home, you can find Ramat HaNadiv, the Baron Edmond de Rothschild's gardens. This large estate occupies a swathe of hillside on Mount Carmel, and the formal gardens at the center are breathtaking.
The house has 5 bedrooms (one downstairs and 4 are upstairs), spacious living room, large kitchen, big pantry and utility room and a large surrounding yard.
The master bedroom is upstairs and includes king-sized bed, cable TV, and an attached bathtub and toilet room. A second bedroom is toddlers/children safe. The third and fourth bedrooms have king-size beds. The second floor also has the following: a small living room with sofa and TV; bathroom that includes a bathtub; and another separate toilet room.
The downstairs floor includes a large kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, a small guest room, small toilet and shower and a big pantry/utility room. The kitchen amenities include an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The kitchen counter has five barstools. The dining area includes a table that seats 6 and can open to include 10. The living room has large sofa and love seat, cable TV. The guest room/office has a desktop PC and sofa that can turn into a bed that sleeps one or two persons. The bathroom has a stand up shower and toilets. The pantry/utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer and washing lines.
Backyard is very large and includes a large patio with gas barbecue, table and chairs for 6, and small children’s table for 4. Backyard is enclosed, so suitable for dogs. Also contains a swing and Ping-Pong table. We have a raised garden bed with various herbs growing depending on time of year and fruits trees (oranges, avocado, pomelo, olive and mango). A second yard is at the front of the house and includes table and chairs for 3. There are two parking spaces in front and a basketball hoop.
We are three minutes walk to the Ramat Hanadiv, a beautiful nature park and garden covering 4.5 km at the southern end of Mount Carmel. There is a little market up the street, tennis courts and soccer yard. We are 25 minutes' walk from the main street (“midrahov”). Restored original houses designed in the style of a French village serve as the backdrop for cafés restaurants, galleries and craft stores. You can get to the beach, within 10 minutes driving. The famous beach Hof-Dor offers surfing, sap, scuba diving and hiking in coastal line with unique bays and inlets.
You are right next to the coast road, which takes you to Tel-Aviv or Haifa, and 5 minutes drive from a shopping mall.
