The property lies in a green and peaceful residential area between Rome and the seaside, with the town of Ostia Lido close by. Leonardo Da Vinci's Airport is 25 minutes by car from the house, and 15 minutes is the enchanting archaeological area of Ostia Antica, the ancient port of Rome. Termini railway station is 30/40 min by car, Civitavecchia Port is 1 hr by car., .Beautiful sand beaches are just a few minuts' drive.
Just 10 minutes's drive from home there is the stop of the Trenino, easily connecting you to Rome centre in about 20 minutes!

Everybody knows Rome...
you may visit my city so many times and never see the same attractions.
First time travellers will follow the 'must.see' paths, but I can suggest many alternative itineraries, depending on your personal interests. Catacombs, unique and little known museums, Cinecittà, and enchanting night tours through the Roman Ghetto or the Isola Tiberina... Precious advices by a renowned local guide will help you find YOUR special Rome.
Right close to our house we have Ostia Antica, a beautiful city of ruins, testimony of the ancient Roman life, a small Pompei, with houses, theaters, streets, shops, in the middle of a green 'pineta'.
Not to forget that both on the coast and in the country we have amazing little villages or ancient monumental villas or beautiful spa resorts where you can really forget the hustle bustle of the great city and lose yourself in relax...
Last but not least, food. With the right directions you will be able to taste the very best, without necessarily paying a fortune, be it a nice trattoria in town, or a lively fish restaurant by the sea.

Sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, cycling, and hiking are other optional activities available in the area.

The house is very modern and open. Great outdoor spaces both back and front,shaded parking place in the garden.

Large sitting room, directly joining the nice kitchen, perfectly equipped with stove, oven, large double sink, dishwasher, one fridge plus one freezer, toaster, microwave.

A bus stopping close to the house takes you to Ostia Centre, but the Trenino from Ostia Antica is absolutely the best and quickest way to dive into Rome.
