Cozy farmhouse in the heart of the Etruscan land

80 square mt. in 2 floors farmhouse located near the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno, on the Francigena pilgrims road, near the Tufo villages, and in the heart of the etruscan sites. Orvieto 30' away, Rome and Siena 90', Firenze 2 hours away, many hot springs and the Bolsena lake near by.
The house has a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and an extra one separated from the house, 2 bathrooms, laundry but not heating sistem, only a stove (very good one!) perfect for the summer vacation. 3500 mts of open garden, fruit orchad, caravan in the garden, 5 km from the village, mountan bike trails.
we still need some work to finish the house, have many animals living in the garden, 6 cats and one dog all very good with people.

we love this area, has a special charme, is not too touristic, but near to many art sites, beautyfull views and sunsets, very quiet and no air, eletric and acustic pollution, beautyfull sites for hiking and mountain bike, art cities, etruscan sites, the tufo villages, many hot springs and the Bolsena Lake near by.

we are two artist, a dancer and an illustrator currently working as puppeteers, from Italy and States and have 2 kids, a girl of 18 and a boy that's 13 years old.
We have interest in the arts as well in nature, so we really love it here, but at the same time wish to be once in a while in big cities were there is a lot to see, especially to have our kids to see whats outside.
Often we travel around for tours and it's always good to have someone over. During our longer trips we offer the house to friends and other puppeteers. We speak italian, english, korean, a bit of spanish.
