Ideal location: the sea and the beach at only 200m away, 400m to the center of Avola, with all the shops and services, bus stops for Syracuse, Noto, Modica, Catania, Palermo and other beautiful towns.
The friendly owner, very discreet, lives at the ground floor from time to time. It can provide useful information about the surroundings, and the best shops and restaurants. On request he can arrange transfer from / to railway station / city / airport.
