About our home

Stunning rural retreat in green Umbria with beautiful views of forests, vineyards and olive groves over the Niccone valley.
A large old farmhouse and a smaller converted barn provide excellent accommodation for up to 10-12 people.
Lovely gardens , a swimming pool and a number of places to eat and admire the view as well as table tennis and table football. Magnificent walks from the front door.
The house has a beautiful new kitchen and dining / sitting room. Also outside dining in the garden .
The nearest airport is Perugia and the house is within easy reach of Siena , Florence , Arezzo and Assisi .
We also enjoy an excellent water park nearby Lake Trasimeno.

The house is at 2000ft at the top of a hill and as well as spectacular views also enjoys summer breezes. Air conditioning is not needed but fans for occasional use are available in all bedrooms.
