The house has been completely restored including all new wiring and plumbing to include underfloor heating throughout the ground floor for the colder months. Downstairs there is a very large open plan kitchen / dining room (10m x 5m), a separate TV room with wall mounted 50inch TV and a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and large laundry sink.

Outside:
There are several terraces surrounding the property so there is always a place to sit in the sun or shade! Specifically there are two large enclosed terraces, one to the back of the property overlooking the hills and the sea and one on the first floor leading off the bedrooms. The is also a lower terrace next to the pool.

The area:
The nearest village is Crocetta Santa Maria (1km from the top of the drive) where there is a local shop selling all the basics and a cafe. Montefino is the nearest hilltop town where you can find a post office, chemist, the town hall etc.

Local sights:
The mountains and beach are both easily accessible. Pineto is the nearest beach being a 30 min journey by car (and in our opinion the nicest along the local coast line as the road does not follow the coast at this point). The Gran Sasso Mountains and Campo Imperatore (beautiful mountain plateau known as Italy's 'Little Tibet') and are 50 mins by car.
