Appartamento all'attico in zona residenziale e tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici.
E' proprio di fronte ai Giardini Margherita, risorsa naturale di Bologna.
L'appartamento di ca 150mq è molto luminoso con due bagni, camera matrimoniale, camera singola e studio con divano letto.
Ha una cucina appena rifatta e completamente attrezzata, microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice ed asciugatrice.
Zona pranzo e salotto con multimedia.

The apartment is a top floor in a residential and quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from the city center, shops and restaurants. It is also well served with public transport.
It is in front of the Giardini Margherita, the majour park in town.
It is around 150sqm with two bathrooms, master bedroom, single bedroom and a studio with a sofa bed.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped also with microwave, dish washer, washing and drying machine.
Dining and living room with multimedias.
Photos are temporary, we are completing the forniture.
