Our house is situated in the Tuscan countryside, in the territory of the Mugello, at 30 Km from Florence city of art. The House has been completely restored in 2011 and consists of a new wooden body that houses the kitchen and living room and overlooks the garden of 800 sqm property farm and a part which includes a lounge and sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The House is equipped with all the amenities for children, wide open spaces to relax and enjoy the light of nature and the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and underfloor heating in all rooms.You can enjoy walks on paths drawn directly reachable by walking or cycling, there are 2 bikes with child seats, excursions are also possible in the woods and in the nearby river, which is just 150 metres, and the summer is nice to catch up and gather the clay. The surroundings are made up of the villages of gastronomic, artistic interest that are worth visiting and enjoy the delicacies. Florence, a city popular with tourists from around the world, is easily reached by train with connections from neighbouring country times (2 Km) in 40 ' or by car.
