Two bedrooms with king size beds, a living room with a 2 comfortable sofa bed.
Fully equipped independent kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower and bidet.

Linen, weekly cleaning and consumables as tea, sugar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste are included.

Satellite HD TV, blue ray DVD, HiFi, ADSL Internet, air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the Marina district famous for local and international cuisine, shopping, handicraft, cafe', wine bars, pubs, live music. Walking distance from old town walls, Roman amphitheatre and Nuragic Civilisation Museum

Not to miss a bus ride to Poetto sand beach or a sunset swim from the Calamosca peeble beach. Many festivals during the year, main event is the Unesco world heritage Sant'Efisio festival held yearly on may 1st.

Many natural park nearby including Molentargus regional park home of the pink flamingos a birdwatchers’ delight.
