The house is really close to "La Piazzetta", the central square of Capri, where you can see all the famous boutiques (Gucci, Prada, Valentino etc). To get there you have to climb the stairs by walking just 5 min. The house has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. I live with 2 more people but one of them is a pilot so he rarely stays at home. I have my own room with a king size bed, my room is balconied, in fact my balcony overlooks the port of Capri and if the weather is good you can also admire the gulf of Naples. Of course you have free access to the kitchen, where we also have a washing machine and another entrance. The bus stop is right in front of the house but the only bus that stops there is the one with the writing "S. Costanzo", all the others go directly from the port to "La Piazzetta" or Anacapri. By going down the stairs, on one side you can reach the port, close to which there is a beach "Marina Grande" but by going down the stairs on the opposite side you'll reach the beach of "Marina Piccola".
The neighbourhood is very characteristic with its cute, little, white houses all around, of course it is very quiet and in 5/10 min. you can reach the main sights of the island. If you need to buy something of course there is a market that sells all sort of things. People here are nice but the reason is simple: they are not stressed from the chaotic life of the big city. This place, with its boutiques, beaches and views, will completely relax you.
Hi, my name is Fulvio, I'm 30 and I live in Capri, actually I am not from Capri but I had to come here because of my work and then I decided to move here definitively. I work in a bank and since I came here I met a lot of people, including my collegue Antonio who lives with me. He is a very funny person and spending some time with him will be very nice.
I don't know what else to say just that I hope, in case you'll choose my house, that it will be enough comfortable for you.
