The master has a King Size bed, sleeps 2. The 3rd bedroom has cable T.V. and sleeps 1.

A well equipped kitchen opens to a great room with dining area and lounge area with stereo and T.V. A therapeutic 5 person jetted spa is just steps away.
The area also a lot of amenities at the beach and a lovely walking path.

Cattolica is a beautiful, litle charming town, with harbour, more fountains you could ever imagine, and lots to see and discover. It is minutes away from beautiful San Bartolo protected Reserve, Urbino, Venice, or even Florence, are just few hours away with auto or train. We have very attracting surroundings for bicyle lovers, wind or kitesurfers from april to october.

I` ma 42, own a little Hotel with my parents, am quiet and nature loving.
