Cosy house in medieval village in rural Tuscany

Vacation house in my home village. The house is a small stone cottage in the heart of my home village, in rural Tuscany, between Siena and the coast. It was built my greatgrandparents and it has always been in the family. It has the charme of authentic Tuscany. The location is ideal to explore Siena, the Val d'Orcia with world-famous hilltop towns or to go to the beach. The house has two main rooms (kitchen and bedroom with lounge area) and a bathroom, so it's ideal for a couple or a couple with a child (one of the sofas in the bedroom is a sofabed). The village is small and authentic, and it has all major services, including two outstanding restaurants.

We are a couple with a 3 y.o. son and a 1 y.o. girl. We have already swapped a few times (Whistler and Prince Edward Island - Canada, London - UK and Gothenburg Sweden) and we can provide references. I am a University researcher and lecturer and my husband is a web developer. We are non-smoker. We are mostly interested in week-end getaways in Europe , in destinations that are easy to reach with one of the many airlines flying to and from Pisa. But we would also consider longer swaps, especially in Canada and in the UK. The apartment is a holiday home so we can have non-simultaneous exchanges (which we prefer anyway). We also have another vacation rental near Siena, which we might consider swapping. We do not absolutely need an equal amount of days for every exchange: we are willing to give our apt for 1 week even in exchange of a simultaneous 4 night stay. Open to offers.

For larger groups, we would be willing to swap with our own homes as well (we live in a very large apartment in Pisa, near the airport, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and we have another smaller 2 bedroom apartment in my home village south of Siena, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people).
