About our home
Cozy, modern home with private yard. Secure. View of Lake Como. Located in the town of Colico, 1.5 hours north of Milan by train. Colico is located on the north edge of Lake Como, where the Adda river flows in. There is a 70 km bike trail along the Adda that goes to Tirano. Easy access to Bellagio, Chiavenna, Varenna, and other areas--and ideal hub. Colico itself is a delightful town with good restaurants.
Our house was built in 2005. Comfortably furnished. Two bathrooms. One with a bath/shower combination and one with a shower. Property is quiet. Walking distance to the train station, places to eat. The lots in front of the house and behind are vacant, affording a nice view of the lake from the front deck.
