We are located in the quiet, green suburbs of Perugia, regional capital of Umbria, (150,000 inhabitants) , a charming medieval hilltown (500 m, 1600 feet, above the sea level) with plenty of cultural and tourist attractions in any season. Just remark we are within a 2-hours drive from Florence and Rome, but also our region is a top tourist attraction (Assisi, birthplace of St. Francis, is only a 15 miles drive, with its exceptional Middle Age masterpieces, and Orvieto, with its astonishing Cathedral, is 50 miles away! ! ) .
Perugia is surrounded by a charming countryside, with artistic and historical interest places, in a hilly region with medieval hamlets and romantic, peaceful environment, where many foreigners love to run their homes. Our neighbours are friendly and would be happy to offer advice and assistance.
Closest airports are Perugia Regional Airport (PEG), Rome Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA) , Florence (FLR), Pisa (PSA) or Ancona (AOI), depending on what air carrier you like.

We love to dance tango and can share our dancers friends and milongas if you love too.
We're proud of our home and treat it with care and would honor you and your home in the same manner.
We're open to any offer that may raise our curiosity !!
