This is a very large 300m2 (3000sqf) apartment in the heart of the pedestrian area, on the top floor of the historical XVII Palazzo Visconti in the very centre of Florence, a stones throw away from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Its high floor to ceiling arched windows makes it a very bright home, with beautiful views of the most important monuments in Florence.
2 large salones, formal dining room and large kitchen breakfast room, small terrace.
Looking for exchanges with similar standard homes in Swiss alps, Caribbean sea or winter sun.
This is not my only home so no need for simultaneous swap.
maid, driver, cook and massage therapist, are available on request.
