Stunning Florentine house with original frescoes

I am a teacher of Italian Language and Culture, I work at the University and I strongly love my country and my city! I live with my boyfriend in our splendid apartment that we have recently renovated. Before the house was old and without a soul, but during the renovations fine decorations came out of the wall! The frescos are all from Florence capital of Italy when homes like mine, in the heart of the city, were probably rented to central government officials! The paintings are all intact and original, they have only been fixed with some fixatives !! Given the level of the house, the project was assigned to a famous architect from the University of Conservation of Florence and the work has been very precise and of high quality!
The house has a longitudinal plan: the front side overlooks Via Laura and contains a bright living room and a modern kitchen, on the other hand the back part faces a typical courtyard. In this area of the house there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a small laundry room. Despite the center of Florence is in general very touristic Via Laura is part of one of the most authentic areas of the city. Just 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, Sant'Ambrogio, Santa Croce, in same street of the Archaeological Museum, Accademia di Belle Arti etc. Nearby there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and both the main railway stations of Florence, Campo di Marte and Santa Maria Novella, are within walking distance (max 15 min).Besides the fact that we can guarantee a senior accomodation, I can also tell you that I am a reliable person, sociable, open and clean! I'll be happy to host you and to explore other countries and houses!
