About our home

Confortable, sunny, contemporary apartment in exclusively Italian neighbourhood (no tourists), with medieval church and hamlet under window. View of the hills surrounding Florence. The apartment has two bedrooms, studio, sitting room with a sofa bed, kitchen, newly renovated bathroom with a shower, terrace. We suggest 4 people (but there ia a sofa bed in the sitting room). We are 20 minutes by local buses from the city center of Florence and from the main railway station. Close to the airport (but no noise can be heard).
From the main train station there are connection to the other major cities and to the beautiful conutryside of Tuscany.
Our house is ideal for those interested in visiting not just Florence but the other cities of Tuscany as well, because we have parking and if interested we can do a car exchange.

  1. My name is Virginia Girolami, my companion is Michael Lee. We are both 56 years old. No children, very interested in art and cultures. We work in the touristic field as tour guides of the beautiful Florence. We have done very many house exchanges so far and all of them have been very successfull. It's an apartment is on the 6th and last floor., therefore very panoramic. You can find a big supermarket within walking distance, post office, pharmacy, parks with arresa for children also within walking distance. Easy parking. ,
