Quiet it is a residentaiale safe area close to everywhere. You are 1 minute by walk from supermarket and restaurants and shops and you are 5 minutes by foot from station, 5 minutes by bus from Duomo and 5 monutes by cab or car by airport.The bus stop is less than a minute by walk.

I'm an attorney and I'm moving to LA on January so I'd like swap my house for one in La Venice S Monica or Marina areas at list for 3 months.
