About our home
Nice cosy apartment made with love in a french Shabby Shic style.
It is an apartment with two bedrooms, full-equipped kitchen+living area, a bathroom. Ideal for 3-4 people, max. number is 6 people.
It has a enjoyable area outside (42m2) : a big furnitured terrace, a balcony and a small garden of Japonese style. There is an breathtaking view to the mountains in front and to the lake.
The atmosphere of this house is full of peace, so it is ideal to relax and enjoy your vacation.
You will find here whatever you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, blender, microwave, oven, hairdryer, water heater, wi-fi, basic bathromm items and also electric bycicle in the terrace (cyclette) and speakers for music.
One bedroom has standard double bed, while another bedroom is small and it has a single bed which can be trasformed in a double bed if needed. In the living area with kitchen there is a divan-sofa which is easily trasformed in a double bed.
The apartment with its terrace has a lots of privacy because of its particular position and it is separated from the other neighbours.
Just in front of our apartment you will find one of the best resturants in the lake area: il Panoramico, and also there are many other bars and restaurants in the neighborhood (Xino, Solto Collina, Riva di Solto).
Just 10-15 min by car and you will get to the lake (Riva di Solto) where there are two small beaches with swimming areas, restaurants and bars and a beautiful walk along the lake.
There are many beatiful paths in the forests and mountains in the neighborhood. One of them brings you to the lake and beach area (40 mins on foot).
In summer the are many events and festivals in the area.
There are lots of activities you can enjoy in this lake area like swimming, trekking, fishing, windsurfing, sailing, kitsurfing, climbing etc. Lake Iseo is famous for its sparkling wines Franciacorta, chesees and olive oil.
In winter there is no snow on the lake but just in 30 km there a few ski resorts (2000-2500 m a.s.l.), areas for skiing and ice skating as well as numerous walks in snowshoes etc
