“We stayed in the VanDerGeest\'s villa during the last week of January, 2016, and had a great experience. The location is close to many amenities and the Beach! There were two large Malls very close, with upscale stores and restaurants that we visited during our stay. We enjoyed kayaking at the nearby state park, bicycling all round the neighborhoods, ate dinner at the clubhouse pub, and enjoyed the sunset and a day at the beach, too. The Edison-Ford Museum, Koresh State Park and Manatee Park were interesting nearby places for day outings. The VanDerGeests are also lovely people, we were able to meet in advance, and became familiar with everything before they left their home to us. The home was just as listed, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The open concept knichen/living area were enjoyable to relax in. The two bedrooms were perfect for us and another couple to enjoy our stay. We were unable to use all the outdoor recreational facilities, such as the swimming pools, golf, and tennis, due to a few unusual days of rainy weather., but they are beautifully maintained, as well as the entire area. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this location.”
