4 bedroom villa, artistically restored, with original Italian period features & modern amenities. Beautiful private pool set in private landscaped gardens- breathtaking views all over the hills and the valley. All amenities are 4 km away & you are close to Perugia, Assisi, Florence, Gubbio, Sienna etc

4 bedrooms, comprising two doubles with ensuite bathrooms, one normal double and one twin. There is one additional large family bathroom in travertine marble with bath/shower. Two of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes.

Very well equipped kitchen so that keen cooks can make the most of the local produce. It has an oven, dishwasher, hobs, kettle, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, Magimix etc. There will be basic food bits and bobs (oils, vinegars, herbs, spices, sugar etc).

The large swimming pool is open in the summer months and the lovely garden has many different areas for enjoying the sun or shade. At night you can turn off all the lights and enjoy the vast expanse of starry skies. There are several different terraces, two of which have dining tables so you can choose where to have your meals. There's a large BBQ too.

We also are well equipped for babies, with two cots, a high chair, changing mat etc. There is TV (but no TV service at the moment) and a DVD player, or bring your cables and plug in an ipad etc. There is also WIFI but we ask that you don't use it to download films etc as it is streamed via a satellite, which also means it's a bit at the mercy of the weather. There's a stereo system and CD player which you can also play your Ipod through.

It's the perfect base for exploring both regions, with Assisi, Perugia, Florence, Gubbio, Arezzo and many other towns all in easy reach. All amenities can be found in our local town, a thriving commercial place with an historic centre, just 4km away.
