About our home

Lovely apartment, beautifully renovated 6 years ago, located just outside of the sixteenth-century walls of the city of Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, living room with two sofas, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
The house is completed with a small laundry room with washing machine and a fantastic garden of 260 square meters, equipped with a gazebo, a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Given the central location it means you are near shops and supermarkets.
Grosseto is well connected with cities such as Siena (75 min. By bus), Florence (2 hours by bus) and Rome (2 hours by train).
Also located at 13 km. from the sea of Castiglione, of Marina di Grosseto and Rocchette reknown for its clean waters and transparent. It's normally easy to park the car on the road in front of the house, particularly in August when people move to Marina di Grosseto and the city is less populated.
Sites to visit in the province of Grosseto are many: the Etruscan-Roman city of Roselle, the Etruscan city of Vetulonia, the Museum of Archaeology and Art of Maremma (Grosseto), the Park of Maremma, the Garden Spoerri (Seggiano) Tarot Garden (Capalbio), Santa Fiora, Roccalbegna, Scansano (Morellino wine production), Montepescali, Roccatederighi, Gavorrano and the Mining Museum, Pitigliano, Massa Marittima, Montieri.
