About our home

Amazing historic rooms in an incredible up-and-coming medieval quarter, Guardia Sanframondi, BN, Italia.
Balconies, stucco details, big bedroom, mindblowing panorama... Beautiful ambience, and mostly extremely tranquil.
All basic mod cons. Gas cooker in kitchen (bottled gas). Mini stove which heats the hot water (which also works from electricity). Art studio. Additional rooms and a bath downstairs in the old stables, plus access onto the street below. Sewing machines, loads of interesting books, tons of art...
Brilliant setting for a creative retreat.

Deep in the heart of Guardia's historical centre: looking out across the valley, with birds and waterfall for background ambience... Mostly extremely tranquil, though it gets interesting in the summer with lots of events popping up temporarily.
