Independent Tuscan villa

It is an isolated and fantastically independent Tuscan villa in the hills above Monsummano Terme. It's position looking out over the spa town in the valley below provide it with incredible views, while it is well located to visit FLORENCE, PISA, LUCCA and VERSILIA
In the garden to one side is a pool area with a pretty lawn and the same views as from the villa.
Immediately outside the villa Le Vie Cave there is a large paved terrace, covered by a pergola which provides welcoming shade when dining al fresco. It is furnished with a wooden table and six comfortable chairs. Next to this is a laundry area.
From the terrace there is access into the villa, directly into a well equipped kitchen. It is furnished with stainless steel units, a huge double cooker with gas hobs and two ovens, dishwasher and a fridge.
Down a couple of steps there is an open plan lounge and dining room. This is a warm and bright room with a high whitewashed wooden ceiling and the original exposed stone walls. The floor is paved in wood and matches the large dining table for six people. In one corner is a day bed and an armchair. To the other side of the room is the main entrance.
From this side there is access to the sleeping area. To the left off a small hall is the first of the bedrooms. It is a warm double bedroom with a lovely wooden floor and traditional Tuscan villa ceiling of wooden beams and terracotta tiles. In the room is a wardrobe and a small en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom is a large room with a wooden floor and a partly exposed stone wall that adds plenty of character. In the room is a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. En-suite is a bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom is also a double with wooden floor. It is a cosy room with doors out to a small covered terrace. The room is furnished with a wardrobe and a desk with chair. En-suite is a wonderful bathroom with a bathtub and an overhead shower.
Near the villa there are two areas to relax in the garden, one is a simply furnished area with an umbrella and a couple of deck chairs plus a table with some chairs. This is in a great position overlooking the views down the valley. The second is a simple covered area paved in stone and furnished with a sofa and two armchairs.
