About our home

The villa is a family property just outside the center area of Florence, in a calm and quite hill facing the beautiful panorama of Fiesole.

The studio is underneath the main property terrace and it's very bright with tall windows on both sides, one oriented towards the countryside.

It has 1 large bed that comfortably fits a couple, a wide kitchen furnished with all possible tools and spices (I love cooking!!), a nice bathroom with a good water jet and a never ending garden that provides a place where to walk, bathe in the sun or have a nice happy hour with the best view in town!

The pool is available only during summer when the weather allows us to open it.
I also have a big washing machine with dryer, wi-fi.

No TV, it's a music-only apartment!
No smoking inside, but you can definitely enjoy a smoke outside in the balcony!

A car is recommended since the place is in the countryside, but there are two bus stations nearby, just 3 minutes away and those buses will get you right in the center in about 20 minutes top!

This area is surrounded by International universities, so you might see researchers coming up the road.

My family lives upstairs, they will be available if you need anything last minute.
In addition, I am a true lover of the city of Florence, so whenever you come I will give you a list of Must-do's that can help you travel like a local!

The studio is an open space, with livingroom/bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom.
A shared terrace is available.

It's under the main house terrace, has its own entrance on both sides of the living room.
1 parking spot available.

More about us

  1. I am an eclectic artist with a passion for writing, music and social activities, so are my partners and most of my friends. We are international spirits and like to travel, go on adventures and meet locals.

  2. Living in Florence means that you need to be a foodie, so I am. I think it's required by the law to love pizza and red wine.

  3. My home is no minimal style, it reflects all the journeys I had and the stories of my life which I am very glad to openly share with new friends. Please, welcome to my home!

Where is it?

Green and quiet, this area of Florence flourishes with nature surrounding small villas scattered on the hills.
The church that you can spot from the tall windows, reflects the rayes of the sun setting in the evening bringing fort orange shades like a laid out veil.

The road up the hill is quite steep, like in rural cities and the traffic gets busy during regular in and out office hours or during football night, since the stadium is 10 minutes away.

The villa stands alone together with many others and faces a bigger villa where International researcher study at the European University; the students are mostly doctorates therefore well behaved and respectful.

Nearby, down the hill, there's Le Cure. This is the district you encounter before the city center and it satisfies all the basic needs; so just a few minutes away you can reach bars, shops, the pharmacy, restaurants of any kind, small street markets, the regional rain station and services of all types.

If you get on the other side of the hill, the one facing the studio, you can Fiesole.
This place is very well frequented for the view it has over the city of Florence and a restaurant where to eat the famous Florentine raw steak.
I will reveal this and many other travel-like-a-local tips about Florence and Tuscany on the time of the house booking.

Bus stop is 4 minutes away up the road and the bus runs every 20 minutes, from 7am until midnight.
