The house is a 1600 century palazzetto, situated in the historic centre of a small, beautiful Italian village, Anguillara Sabazia, in Lazio, just outside Rome.
Anguillara is one of 3 villages by the lake of Bracciano, a very scenery area in Italy. The lake, Lago di Bracciano, is very clean and used for swimming and sailing. The area around the lake is a nature reserve area, it is not allowed to build any houses near the water, it is very quiet, very safe and very well preserved. There is no hotels in Anguillara, which means that this is a place where Italians live and work. There are many good restaurants.
Anguillara is located in the middle of many interesting places, Rome, Naples, Tuscany, Etruscan historic sites. There is a train connection to Rome every half hour, so you can take the train in the morning, have your breakfast in a bar in Piazza di Spagna, do Rome, and go back after lunch for a swim in the lake.
The house is three minutes walk from the sea, in the middle of the historic centre of Anguillara. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, cortile and a big roof terraces. It has airconditioning and a modern heating system, as well as two fireplaces.
