About our home
Large house with independent entrance in small hamlet of 1800 in the Tuscan countryside. The house is composed of large living room with billiards, large masonry kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. In front of the living room there is a shed with a pergola where you can eat outdoors. Behind the house there is a garden with gazebo, arbor, table and wood-burning oven for pizza.
The house is in good condition and there are two parking spaces in front of the entrance. The house is in a village in a very panoramic position at 450 meters above sea level. Within 1 Kilometer there is a riding school (Vallebona), a well-known wine-growing company with a pitch (Fattoria di Lavacchio) which also has an elegant pizzeria restaurant (Ristorante Mulino a Vento) and a shop with organic products. Two kilometers away you will find a sport fishing lake with pizzeria (Lake Vetrice). At 500 meters you will find the ancient church of San Lorenzo in Montefiesole surrounded by forests. Florence can be reached in 40 minutes by car and is at 17 Kilometers. The road is perfectly paved except 50 meters. In which is the gravel.
To reach Florence there are three roads that pass from Pontassieve, Sieci or Doccia. The countryside around is olive groves and vineyards
