About our home
Do you know what does it mean to get out of the front door and put your foot on the hot sand? Here you can do. The sea is there in front, less than 50 meters. You have three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. We have a large living room with dining area and an open kitchen. Finally, two bathrooms, one complete with shower.
Air conditioning throughout the house and wifi. Safety gates on the windows and armored door. Option of dining inside and out on the terrace.
The terrace is about 30 square meters, it has just been renovated and equipped with sun tents.
Restaurants, shops and event's areas and entertainment nearby. The children? you can leave them where you want, the beach is private! A beach place is reserved for you. It comes with two lounge chairs, a table and an sun umbrella. Parking - for one car - is inside the property.
One thing to say: the apartment is fully accessible for not walking people or wheelchairs, as there are no stairs and the few steps are very low.
Puppies are welcome by prior arrangements with the owner.
Ideal for excursions in the surrounding area, from Caorle to Venice, the lagoon by bicycle , Cavallino, Treviso, Padua and the Brenta Riviera. A little further on you have the Dolomites. Shops, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets, everything at ... a stroll.
