About our home

The Villa, totally and tastefully furnished, sits on a small rocky promontory above the sea and has a fantastic view on the Bay of Marina di Campo. Nevertheless, the beach can be easily reached by foot (400 mt. from the beach).
Surrounded by a beautiful garden (3.000 mq) characterized by local flora, is totally equipped also for the outside living with an external kitchen, a barbecue and dining area, plus all the commodities for a charming relax (chairs and lawn chairs, tables, outside shower, etc..).
Inside, the house is structured as follows:
big drawing room with fireplace and dining room;
3 bedrooms for a total of 7 sleeping + room for housekeeping;
2 bathrooms;
kitchen;
garages;
The villa is equipped with all the necessary household electrical appliances (television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, irons, air conditioning). The guests are welcome to use the bikes, the motorbike and the car that belongs to the Villa. Household linen for the beds and for the bathroom will be provided.
No internet connection, but we can provide a key if necessary.

  1. We are a couple with a 1.5 year old boy, Niccolò

  2. Marco is a lobbist, me - Michela - I am a lawyer and I have been working with young entrepreneurs and start up

  3. We love travelling (Marco is half american), visiting new places, just relax at the beach, drink good wine and try new food from all over the word.
