About our home

Hello, I'm looking for a swap in NYC from 10 to 18 of july 2018. My atelier is available in every period and if requested even for a longer time in the exchange! It doesn't matter for me.
I'm an architect and artist. Matera( South Italy, 50 minutes by car from Bari airport) is my native town but I live in the north of Italy.
In the heart of the Sassi I have my own atelier on 3 levels: entrance at first level, a double bedroom at second level with airconditioner and one window, an open space at third level with a bathroom, double exposed wooden roof, 3 windows and a door window on a long balcony, a loggia and a terrace with a stunning 360° view on the Sassi. It's equipped as an architect and artist studio. It has no kitchen, but has s Nespresso machine.
A lot of restaurants and bars and food shops in 2/5 minutes on foot.
Matera one of the three best travel destination for the New York Times!
