About our home

A beautiful and recently totally renovated flat very close to the city centre (15 minutes walking distance from Duomo Square and 2 stops from Via Montenapoleone - the most fashionable shopping area in Milano - by metro).
3th floor (with elevator), typical Milan building (end 19th).
The apartment is sunny, wooden floor, it's very clean and quite, fully furnished, library, fully equipped kitchen + bathroom (shower, bidet, wc). There's one bedroom (double bed) and in the living room there's a sofa (which turns into an extra double bed).

More about us

  1. We are a couple in our thirties, I'm a 38 years old artist/designer/photographer, my girlfriend is a 33 years old Press-Office/P.R.
We have never exchanged our apartment before but we think it's a great way to travel and visit new places and we are ready for this new experience!
We'd love to visit NY for 3/4 weeks somewhen in the 2008. We'd like to spend shorter periods (1 week more or less) in Amsterdam and in London during Spring/early Summer.... but we are also open to other proposals and quite flexible with dates.
    Just contact us!

Neighbourhood

The Flat is located in a nice street lined with threes, in a very safe area close to University (Bocconi Polytechnic), near a Health Club, a park, public transportations (bus/metro), shopping, theatre, cinema, restaurants, nightlife.
Every Friday in the street there's a big market where you can buy typical Italian food.
Milano is a city rich in art, events (fashion, design, music) and nightlife.
From Milano you can easily move around and visit beautiful sorroundings (lakes, mountains, cities of art).
We might also exchange cars and of course I'd give you all the suggestions to enjoy your staying at most.
