About our home

In the very centre of the city (5 min walking to San Babila Square) very well connected , metro and tram to the airport and train station. Nice area with historycal buildings, cosy cafes and restaurants. The apartment is made of 2 bedrooms (family and kids, 2 bathrooms, kithcenette, living room and a terrace...in total 120 sqm. high ceilings, woodden floor, stylish furniture, in an histoycal building. The house is equipped with all comforts including a nice terrace of 20 sqm in the courtyard, air conditioning, wifi, independent heating system, cable TV etc. Also available parking place for the car in the house private courtyard. I can speak english, french, spanish and a bit of portuguese too (can give info about the city and reccomendations)

  1. we are a couple with grown up kids (we travel alone generally)

  2. I am working in marketing and communication internationally and Laura is an Italian language teacher (secondary school)

  3. we love design , contemporary art, but also nature and sports (skiing, seaside, golf courses, good food biking etc)

5 minutes walking to the very city centre (Duomo, C.so Vittorio Emanuele, San Babila, Montenapoleone) in a nice area of restaurants, classy buildings, lots of bikes and car to rent (bike and car sharing). Rinascente and Coin shopping malls at walking distance. ont he way to Linate airport (10 min by taxi or bus) the same for Stazione Centrale (main train station)
