Our 1000 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment has an open plan den upstairs with a futon (making it possible to use as a 3rd bedroom and sleep 6 comfortably. Both bedrooms have UK king size beds. The large terrace has gorgeous panoramic view of Lago Di Maggiore, Ferriolo, Baveno, Stressa and the Barromeo Islands. The living area has a wood burning fire and flat screen tv. There is a gourmet open plan kitchen with a two person breakfast bar and dining area (seating for 6) all overlooking the lake.
The large terrace with breathtaking views of the lake has seating for 4 outside with a table, couch and two arm chairs and a Weber gas BBQ. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower with rainforest shower head and heated towel rack. Fantastic views from the Kitchen and the downstairs bedroom overlook Lago di Mergozzo and beyond to the Italian/Swiss Alps.
Upstairs the mater bedroom is huge with open beams and wooden floors. The upstairs bathroom features custom tiles and a large bathtub. With shower wand.
A boat that anyone with a drivers license can captain Is available for an extra fee if interested.
The apartment comes with two parking spaces one covered and one open.
