Detached house, swimming pool, 20 min. from Rome

Sunny, arty and very welcoming house, with a swimming pool in the front garden, a terrace and a two floor garden in the back. We live in a quiet area, just 20 minutes by train from Rome old town, and the train station of Riano is just two minutes walking from home. We are well connected to the center of Rome even by buses, the bus stop is on the road, just in front the train station. We are close to Riano-La rosta - you may join it by feet - where you can find a couple of pizzeria, a small supermaket, a couple of groceries, a pharmacy and many bars.
Our house is organized on three floors. We have two daughters, so there are two kids bedrooms with their own balcony and an ensuite bathroom on the third floor, where there is our double ensuite bedroom too.
The second floor of the house is at same level of the back garden and the terrace which sorrounds the house. Here you will find a well accessorized kitchen (with oven, microwave oven, Moka caffettiera for Italian espresso ;), electric mixer, electric whipper, etc... and a marvelous Italian marble worktop, especially meant to prepare homemade pasta and everything you may like). At this floor you may organize your meals both inside or outside, as you prefere: in winter we usually have our breakfast, lunch and dinner on the big table just in front of the kitchen (it's very comfortable to up 12 people), while in spring and in summer we have our breakfast in the garden or on the terrace, and our lunch and dinner on the terrace. Here you may relax yourself and listen to some music while sitting on the sofas or on the armchair of the living room, with an amazing view from the big window, which is a sort of live-painting of the surrounding countryside.
There is an open air living room on the terrace too, with a sofa and a small table just beside the dining table... Or if you prefere you may choose to sleep or read on the hammock just around the corner.
In the garden, just going upstairs, kids will have the possibility to use a slide, a wooden small kids house, or, if they prefer, they could balance on the swinging on the terrace.
At the first floor, which has been realized by an architect on one of my projects, there is a warm, colorful, and really comfortable library, with a sofa, many armchairs, Moroccan carpets, a charming fireplace, Sky tv. Here you may find, if you need it, an extra double bedroom, with a wardrobe and a desk, and an extra kids room with an adjustable bed and many beautiful toys and kid books (most of them in Italian, but not only), and of course a bathroom. Just in front of the the door windows you have the swimming pool, with an open air shower and a slide for kids.
